What Venue Services Do You Offer?

Head Table offers a range of services that cover both the frontend and backend of venue operations. These services include: Venue Consulting, Venue Management, Event Management, Branding, Marketing, and Investment Projects. Whether you’re looking to gain insight on how to improve your venue, or you’re looking to bring on a management company that handles it all, we can help.

 
 

What Does Venue Management Cost?

Our venue management services don’t cost anything upfront.  We’ll handle every aspect of your operation from setting up a website, to creating marketing campaigns, and implementing backend processes.  We cover all of the costs for hosting, marketing, and staff.  We are simply compensated by a portion of the venue fee for each event upon booking. We are also able to set your venue fees higher due to our service and the resulting reputation, ensuring your overall income isn’t lowered by our involvement. In fact, our average venue sees an increase in overall revenue by 300% within the first 12 months of management.

 
 

What Does Venue Consulting Cost?

The cost for consulting is a low flat rate, this is dictated by your venue type and the services you offer (for example if you need direction on food and beverage service, the rate would be higher).  During the consulting process our team will fully review your venue both online and in person, and will send you a full report outlining tips, adjustments, and other suggestions.  From there you can bring us on to assist with these changes, or you can take our report and handle everything yourself.

Whether it be consulting or management, we work with just about every type of venue (both traditional and unique).  Current clients include: Ballrooms, Hotels, Country Clubs, Airbnbs, Private Residences, Pavilions, Barns, Community Centers, Bars, and Restaurants.  Our team approaches each location differently, and we cater our services towards the needs of both your property and your target audience.  We also have a thorough understanding of laws, codes, policies, and regulations – ensuring that your property aligns with all local and state requirements.
