We don’t charge anything for this service, and we cover all of the costs associated with establishing, branding, marketing, and running your venue. Head Table is simply compensated by a portion of the venue fee after booking each event, which we feel is a true reflection of our confidence and ability to grow your brand to the potential that it’s capable of.

How Management Works

 

For each new venue that we work with we typically start by rebranding the property, taking full advantage of everything that you have to offer and capitalizing on your potential.  From there our team will host a staged photo shoot of your location, creating content which will be used in marketing and online presentation.  We then build out a dedicated website for your venue, along with the necessary social media accounts.  After which we establish your venue’s backend, this includes things like: updating pricing and packages, implementing sales and planning processes, creating documents and contracts, and launching marketing campaigns.  From there our team will conduct and oversee all aspects of your venue’s operation, from touring to booking, planning, and everything in between.

We also work with all types and styles of venues, among which include: Banquet Halls, Hotels, Country Clubs, Private Residences, Airbnbs, Churches, Barns, Warehouses, Community Centers, and Rental Properties. No matter what you’re looking to bring to market, Head Table can help.
